Message

The Bible tells us in John 10:10 that “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.” The enemy is constantly seeking opportunities to attack God’s children. Therefore, every believer must remain spiritually alert through prayer, fasting, and unwavering faith in God.

As Christians, we should not pray only for ourselves. We must also intercede for our families because the enemy often seeks to attack those closest to us. Our families need God’s divine protection, guidance, and covering every day.

During this fasting and prayer service, we seek the face of God to destroy every evil plan, every assignment of darkness, and every attack against our lives and the lives of our family members. Just as Jesus prayed before raising Lazarus from the grave (John 11), we are reminded of the power of prayer and the importance of calling upon God with faith.

When praying, be specific. Mention the names of the family members you are praying for and trust God to answer according to His perfect will.

Prayer Points

1. Lord, let me and every member of my family see the end of this year in good health, peace, and joy.
2. Father, I cancel every spirit of death assigned against me and my family, in Jesus’ name.
3. Lord, do not allow my enemies to rejoice over me before the end of this year.
4. Father, disappoint every evil plan and every scheme of the enemy against me and my family.
5. Lord, destroy every evil arrow sent against me and my family, and let every attack fail by Your power.
6. Father, destroy every plan of premature death prepared against me and my family, in Jesus’ name.
7. Lord, I reject every inherited bondage, affliction, and evil pattern operating in my family lineage. Let every ungodly chain be broken.
8. Father, destroy every gathering, plot, and work of darkness that has been arranged against me and my family.
9. Lord, remove my name and the names of my children from every evil plan, evil record, or altar working against our destiny.
10. Father, break every covenant of sickness, affliction, and death operating against my life and my family.
11. Lord, I declare that I am not a candidate for premature death or destruction. I shall live to declare the goodness of the Lord.

Closing Exhortation

Our battle is not merely physical; it is spiritual. The enemy seeks to weaken believers spiritually before attacking other areas of their lives. Therefore, we must remain steadfast in prayer, faithful in God’s Word, and fully equipped with the whole armour of God.

Never grow weary in prayer. Stand firm in faith, pray continually for yourself and your family, and trust God to preserve, protect, and deliver you from every evil plan of the enemy.

Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your protection and unfailing love. We commit ourselves and our families into Your hands. Let every evil plan of the enemy be destroyed. Cover us with the precious blood of Jesus, grant us victory over every attack, and preserve our lives until we fulfil Your divine purpose. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
